Your reservation is guarantied as soon as you receive your confirmation
number.
Short notice credit card
reservations (made less than 30
days to arrival).
A deposit authorization or a hold of funds equal to your first nights
stay including tax will be placed on your card. Cancellations under 72
hours and no shows will be billed the first nights stay. Cancellations
with more than 72 hours will be billed a service fee of $30.00
Advance Deposits on reservations
made with more than 30 days to arrival.
Your card will be charged apx 60% of the
reservation total as advance payment at the time your reservation is made.
If you cancel 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date, you will
be refunded your full deposit less 10%. Please note: If you cancel
during an event cancellation, group policies may be applied even if
you are not part of the event.
If you must cancel 30 days or less in advance of your arrival date, you may loose
your entire deposit. Refund will be dependent on losses incurred due to lost
nights and additional maid charges if rebooking requires shorter stays.
Nights refunded will be only if we fill all cottages for each night refunded.
Credit cards are not accepted for group reservations. All refunds are credited
back to the original credit card and only processed 10 to 30 days after your
stay
